The GIF feature is by far the most useful of the four IMO, because it's more dynamic than AVI and can more easely be uploaded to things such as this forum.

The program has 4 options for video recordings: GIF, AVI, motion JPG (i'm assuming its motion jpg, and not just a series of jpg images), and GCF. You can change the recording speed, and select the beginning and end frames using some adjustible buttons. GGC is not only a video recorder, it's a video editor as well. Fraps doesnt let you compress or change quality on the fly. You can select the frame rate you like, and the quality you want the video to be recorded in. This recorder has variable quality settings, and it can even be compressed on the fly. It's a similar video recorder as fraps, but I'll explain why its rediculously better than fraps.įirst off, I like high quality videos. The guy pointed me to a video recorder called "Growler Gun Cam". So I went to to see if they could help me out. So I'm getting kinda tired of fraps, because it requires money to unlock the "useful" features.
